These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Medicaid Meals website and related services operated by Vista Verde Homes ("we," "us," "our"). By accessing or using the website, completing a screening form, or submitting information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. If you use the website on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

 

2. Nature of the Service

 

Medicaid Meals is an educational, information, and referral resource only. We provide general (non-clinical) information, eligibility pre-screening, resource navigation, and referrals to public, nonprofit, and community-based organizations that may offer nutrition-support services.

 

We are not a healthcare provider, meal provider, insurer, health plan, government agency, broker, or agent, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity. We do not determine eligibility, enroll individuals in any program, process applications, deliver services, or guarantee any benefit. All eligibility decisions, enrollments, and services are provided solely by independent third-party organizations and authorized agencies.

 

3. No Guarantee; No Professional Advice

Using the website or completing a screening does not guarantee eligibility, approval, or receipt of any service. Benefits vary by state and program and may be unavailable in your area. Content on the website is for general educational purposes only and is not medical, legal, financial, insurance, or other professional advice, and does not create any professional relationship.
