Medicaid Meals is a DBA of Vista Verde Homes which is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 99-1152633) dedicated to providing education, basic eligibility guidance, and referral assistance to individuals regarding available community resources, including potential access to home-delivered meals, medically tailored meals, or other nutrition supports covered under certain state Medicaid programs (such as Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waivers, managed care benefits, In Lieu of Services (ILOS), or Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) initiatives).
